Fusion 1st Scrimmage | |
March 26, 2012 – The SFYAL Fusion team took the field for its first game in a scrimmage Sunday morning with the Collegeville X-Treme. The Fusion started the game with consecutive 1-2-3 innings with great pitching from starter Kayla Lowe and solid defense. Jessica Peschel followed up with a great two-inning pitching effort of her own working out of a 1 out bases loaded situation. Olivia Brull finished up the game pitching with a solid two innings. The Fusion played tight defense all day. The Fusion offense scored 7 runs on 4 hits. The Fusion will play their first tournament on April 28th and 29th in the Danial Boone Inferno Tournamnet. 2012 SYFAL Reading Phillies Outing | |
